Pick up from LETOILE stores
Choose any available LETOILE store. As soon as the order is ready for issuance, we will send you a text message notification and an email. Please wait for it. Be sure to specify your contact email in your personal account so that we can notify you about the order status.
Unfortunately, after placing an order, it will not be possible to change the pickup point or refuse some items. To do this, you will have to cancel the order and create a new one. Funds will be refunded to the card within 14 business days.

- Cut-off Time: Order by 11:30 PM
⏱️Next-Day Delivery (NDD)
- Delivery Time: Next day
- Delivery Window: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Areas: All Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, RAK, UAQ)
- Cut-off Time: Order by 4:30 PM
️ Remote Areas Delivery
- Delivery Days: Tuesday & Sunday
- Delivery Window: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Cut-off Time: Order by 6:30 PM
