1. General Provisions.

Promotion Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”): LETOILE EMTS TRADING L.L.C, Office No. 1-504, Dubai Festival City Mall Hotels (LLC) — Al Karama, Dubai, UAE.

1.1 Any capable natural person, aged 18 years or older, with a phone number registered in the UAE and is a loyalty program member, can participate in the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Participants”).

1.2 Informing of potential Participants of the Promotion about terms and conditions of the Promotion, and if necessary — about early termination of the Promotion, is made at www.letoile.ae (hereinafter — “Site”) in the World Wide Web.

1.4 The Organizer of the Promotion has the right to extend the term of the Promotion or early termination of the Promotion.

1.5 The list of goods participating in the Promotion is subject to change.

1.6 In everything that is not provided by these Rules, the Organizer of the Action and the Participants of the Action are guided by the current legislation of the UAE.

2. Promotion Terms.

2.1 The Participant of the action who purchase above 400 AED will receive an exclusive Summer Box containing 5 full-size beauty products. If Participant of the action purchases discounted items and the final bill exceeds 400 AED, they will also receive the Summer Box. If a customer receives the Summer Box, no additional Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) will be provided.

2.2 The action of the Promotion shall apply for the entire range.

3. Additional Provisions.

3.1 The action of the Promotion does not apply to the purchase of gift certificates, including electronic gift certificates.

3.2 When participating in the Promotion, discounts on LETOLE club cards, coupons and other Promotions do not apply to the purchase of goods under the Promotion, as well as the discount is not summarized with promo codes. Accumulations on LETOILE club card are credited in accordance with the rules of the loyalty program “Club program”, for all other goods the discount on LETOILE club card is valid. If the goods participate in several Promotions, the rules of the present Promotion are applied.

3.3 When paying for the goods from the list within the framework of the present Action, bonus debiting is available in accordance with the rules of the loyalty program “Club program”.

3.4 Gift certificates, including electronic gift certificates are valid when paying for goods under the Promotion.

3.5 The quantity of goods is limited.

3.6. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the acceptance or issuance of Bonus points without notification in cases where the customer:

— Does not comply with these promotion rules, as well as the conditions of other Organizer promotions;

— Has committed or intends to commit actions deemed by the Organizer as fraudulent, deceitful, or other manipulations that have led or may lead to material, moral, and other harmful consequences of various types and degrees for the Organizer.

3.7. The rules of the Loyalty Program “Club Program” apply to these conditions insofar as they do not contradict the terms of this Promotion.

3.8. The Promotion may be terminated prematurely.

3.9. Customers are allowed to register in the loyalty program using only one phone number. If this rule is violated, LETOILE reserves the right to cancel all standard accounts associated with the individual.

3.10. Participation in the Promotion implies the participant’s consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data (namely: name, email address, mobile phone number) contained in the participant’s form for the purpose of participating in this Promotion.

3.11. This promotion is regulated by the current legislation of the UAE, these Rules, and is a promotional event within the meaning of Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection of the UAE Law.

3.12. The promotion may be terminated early.

Participation in the Promotion signifies the participant’s familiarity with and full agreement with these Rules for conducting the Promotion.

3.13. The Organizer has the right, at its own discretion, to change the rules of the promotion. Information about changes is posted on the website https://www.letoile.ae.
